There is a $25 fee for the initial 20-minute consultation call. The charge exists to protect my schedule and prevent no-shows or late cancellations. If you decide to move forward with therapy, that amount will be credited toward your intake session.

I’m not in-network with any insurance plans, so full payment is due at the time of service.

If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, I can provide a Superbill (an itemized receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

We’ll meet weekly or in a focused therapy intensive—whatever fits best. Sessions are a space to dig into what’s really going on, process stuck experiences, and get tools that actually help.

You’ll gain clarity, self-trust, and tools to change the patterns that keep you stuck—in your relationships, your body, and your daily life.
