Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.
Hi! I’m Beth Freese. I’m a therapist. Better yet, I’m someone who really loves helping people overcome really hard things.
Coping with emotional or physical pain is exhausting, and can leave you feeling lost or hopeless.
I help people that feel like they have tried everything. I help people that feel like they will always suffer from their issue or diagnosis. I support them in learning about their challenges and help them uncover patterns they may not be aware of. I know what it’s like to suffer from physical and emotional pain, and to experience the fear or anxiety that comes along with it. I have worked with hundreds of people from all walks of life with all types of ailments overcome barriers that once felt impossible – you can too. My main focus is in helping you regain power and control over your own mind and body. You have the ability to make life altering changes in your life, are you ready?
Throughout my career I have served in various roles, with most recent prior to private practice serving as the Clinic Director of an Intensive Outpatient Treatment Center recognized as a Center of Excellence in the Treatment of Chronic Pain and Addiction. I have and continue to keep myself up to date on cutting edge, evidenced-based treatment methodologies so I can offer you the most effective treatment available. I hold a MS in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a BS in Psychology from Arizona State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health. I am a trained EMDR Clinician, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified HeartMath Facilitator and Trainer, and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT- 200). With a therapeutic approach of combining neuroscience, behavioral therapies, and mindfulness based approaches I am confident in my ability to help you overcome your pain just as I have many others.
This is what I know – taking the steps necessary toward your journey of recovery can feel scary. I promise to always offer you a safe and supportive environment to learn, explore, and recover.
